BRANDED CONTENT
HONEY collective partnered with Korea Tourism, Asiana Airlines and Channel 9 to create the Travel Guides episode in South Korea.
Travel Guides Korea Episode was the prime time winner across the 5 major cities in Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide), and it received the highest overall rating of 1.3 Million for the season.
The show is also broadcast to several other global markets.
EXPERIENTIAL EVENT
To celebrate the return of international travel to South Korea, our idea was to bring the 'best piece' of Korea to Sydneysiders.
We've achieved this by installing an 'immersive
projection experience' 6 x 6 cube onto the Darling Quarter forecourt for free public access.
Inside the cube, we’ve installed media projectors displaying beautiful immersive imagery on all four walls
with an audio soundtrack to complement the visitor’s journey through Korea’s history, culture and landmarks.
Mounted high up on the ceiling inside was an array of
220 LED Korean Lanterns that are lit with colours
synchronised to the video on the walls.
7000+ people visited the cube during our event period and the cube was a big success. We've received countless enquiries and once again Korea was back on people's 'where to travel' list.
BRAND ACTIVATION
HONEY collective coordinated and produced the Lunar New Year brand activation for Korea Tourism at Westfield Sydney city centre.
More than 2000 people entered our WIN a trip to Korea competition, and a huge number of Sydney siders showed interest and shared their memorable travel experiences in Korea.
